I highly recommend using Dan’s Drain Service . Their customer service is excellent . I called with a problem, sent a picture , and Dan and his son were out within the hour. They come up with the most affordable fix and give tips on how to prevent future problems . Dan explains how the issues arise . Everyone is friendly and very personable too which makes them pleasant to work with .

Scheduling was very easy, and they came the next day promptly. The job was done efficiently — very professional. They cleaned up the mess after they were finished. Even gave us advice on how to clean out our old pipes.

Honest, hardworking, and trustworthy. They saved us from spending 9 thousand dollars a larger commercial company quoted us for tree roots in the sewer drain. Will be the only company we call in the future for any drain and plumping work.

We have used Dan's Drain Services twice now and will continue to call on them for our plumbing needs. On both occasions the services were performed quickly and efficiently. Everyone at Dan's has been professional, friendly and considerate. They were very responsive when we were faced with a water heater that was leaking leaving us without water. Their pricing is very fair and they are extremely conscientious of leaving behind a clean work site.

I had an issue with my storm sewer causing water to back up into my basement. I contacted a plumber who snaked the drain for 2 hours. He found nothing wrong, but my issue persisted. I contacted Dan’s Drain service the following day. It took Dan under 30 minutes to discover my issue. He used every tool in his arsenal, and there were many. Cameras, above ground pipe detection, snakes and a high pressure water jet. Sadly, the clay pipe collapsed. I contracted him the following day to excavate my yard and run a new pipe to the existing culvert. Every stage of the process was flawless with constant communication and up front estimates. Dan did exactly what he said he would do. They were prompt, courteous and very focused on preserving my property. To say I am satisfied is somewhat of an understatement. VERY fair pricing and excellent service! Dan is just a blue collar guy with a simple goal. Remedy the issue in the most cost effective way possible. If you need plumbing services, don’t hesitate to give Dan a call. I promise you, you wont be sorry! Thanks to Dan and his crew for a job well done, and thanks to Betsy for great communication throughout the process!

Dan and his team are absolutely phenomenal! I had 2 sump pumps that stopped working. From the scheduling, to execution of replacing the pumps, to the follow up, the experience was great. Dan and the crew were prompt, courteous, respectful, and explained everything they were doing. They only use top quality parts which says something about their integrity of a job performed right the first time is a job well done.
The price was great too and well deserving of his knowledge and experience.
I'm having them come back to replace some of our leaking hose bibs in the spring.

I used Dan’s Drain Service to replace an old water heater. Talking with Betsy to coordinate everything. She is very kind and helpful! Dan was able to give us his recommendation, he did a great job and done quick. They are honest, friendly, professional and affordable. 10/10 I will definitely be working with them again, and highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent service!

Dan has worked on our plumbing on at least 3 occasions. In every case he installed top quality equipment at rock bottom prices, saving us hundreds of dollars on parts and labor. He works cleanly, efficiently, and conscientiously and takes care of emergencies in a timely manner. Dan is highly recommended to our friends. This is the best service we’ve ever had.

We had multiple gas leaks in our home that were very hard to detect where the leak was coming from. We had multiple companies come and search to no avail. We called Dan’s Drain Services that were recommended to us and they got us in same day. They were kind and very knowledgeable. We had our gas shut off for a few days and with their help they found and repaired all the leaks and our gas was restored. We are very pleased with their work and thankful for their kindness and help. We will happily recommend them to anyone and use them in the future for all our plumbing needs! Thanks Dan and Megan!
